Day 3

This day began with a brisk walk to the Vietnam Memorial. It was a cool morning and the kids were bundled up against the wind.

Then over to the new Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial.

We then went to the Holocaust Museum and saw the exhibit "Daniel's Story" (photography was not allowed)

After the Holocaust, we went to the Museum of Natural History

After the Museum it started to rain.

We went to the sculpture garden and exposed us all to modern art.

Then to the Zoo!

and the gift shop

oh yeah, there were animals too
